Customer service advisor so dealing with customers banking accounts and helping with general enquiries.
I have learnt the importance of customer service and keeping up to date with processes and making sure i have a good understanding of my role to be able to help customers.
I have enjoyed the second half of this programme since Christina Stewart came on board, before this it was a bit of a disaster with assesors leaving and not updating the work we had done and being left in the dark for months at a time.
I do feel very valued that they give us these opportunities to further our careers, it shows they are motivated to help colleagues go further.
It wasnt well organised at all at the start but ever since Tina came on board it has ran very smoothly and efficiently.
Tina gives us a lot of support, she is always at the end of a phone call or an email to help in any way she can, even coming in to do extra meetings through the month for additional support.
They try to be as flexible as they can to give us time off the phone to ensure we can get all of our work done and also help with anything we are stuck on.
I dont have any costs for this apprenticeship so this question doesnt really apply to me.
This apprentceship can help in all areas of work not just LBG but i am happy in my current role so not looking for anything else at the moment.
Yes
It is a very good place to work in terms of flexibilty and benefit schemes and i feel valued as a colleague.
Just be yourself and as long as you have a real passion for customer service you will do great.
