Personal banking advisor Seeing customers and helping with finacial needs and problems. Seeing customer face to face.
Yes, a lot of new skills throughout my role. RBCB course has really helped me to understand banking as a whole rather than just within the company i work for. Has given me a great insight and have really enjoyed the course
Really enjoyed learning new things within banking which in turn has really helped me talking to customer with more in depth problems.
Feel very valued by Lloyds, as i am treated as an individual and my opinion matters. Also can maintain a great balance between work life and home life.
Very well organised and can always get help when needed. All my questions have been answered and have had great support in my branch and had the time to revise and learn.
A Lot of support, always on hand when needed and has given me alot of support with all my questions and has never made me feel that i could not approach her.
Employer has given me a lot of support and freedom throughout. Given me time to revise and all the help i need. My Manager has also been helping my revise for RBCB on a weekly basis which has really helped.
