My role involves moving around different technical disciplines and getting involved in what they do on a day to day basis, then I write an evidence log on the work that I have performed in this area.
throughout the year and a bit that I have been on this apprenticeship I have developed simple people skills etc. but I have learnt a vast amount of new skills hands on and in office skills
I have enjoyed this programme a lot, I have developed new skills, learnt a lot and developed my knowledge. as well as creating new friends and going out on training exercises that I will remember for ever.
BAE SYSTEMS is a massive company, and you feel apart of a team where ever you go, no one is singled out and everyone is there to help and get you involved no mater what your skill set is.
my structure is well organised, it gives me approx. 4 months on 3 disciplines a year. this gives me a good stead on what everywhere does and how the departments work together to complete jobs etc.
my training provider comes and visits me daily and makes sure that I am well and on track. as well as this they make sure that I always have work on and I'm never left sat doing nothing.

the salary that we get at BAE is a above average salary and it increases year upon year dependent on our progression in collage and work.
yes, I regularly attend stem events and careers fairs which allow me to connect with a number of different people and allows me to inspire others to try and get an apprenticeship in BAE SYSTEMS.
Yes
Because overall BAE SYSTEMS is a really good company to work for where you are cared for in the correct manor and any opportunity that you wish to do or try they make sure that they try and let you
take time in the application because what they read about you is a key aspect as well as the tests and your qualifications because its all about team work and getting along with others to make sure that the job is done to the best standard
