My role involves indexing court cases and answering telephone calls to help the Law Enforcement agency.
I have learnt many skills such as improving my eye for detail, improving my professional attitude towards customers and generally improving my abilities in the workforce.
My programme is ok, the only real down side is that the workbooks are rather lengthy.
i feel very valued.
It could be improved in the way that we are allocated time out of our day to day work, to complete the workbooks. So we have a good work to life balance.
i received as much support as i require, they are always there to help when i ask querys.
Also as much support as i require, they help me very much by when i ask to have time out to do the workbooks requred they are very good by making sure i get the time out to complete it.
To say this is my first 'proper'job the salary is great.
Im not too sure, i havent really seen much or know much information about this.
