Help customers with their banking needs this includes setting up bank accounts, applying for loans credid cards and overdrafts.Ensuring that customers get the best banking experience
I have learnt problem solving skills, I have improved on customer service skills, Have learnt new financial service skills
It was wonderfull it gave me the encouragement i needed to get the job done, it also equipt me with information about my role and enabled me to improve on my skills to go further

Vey well organised i saw my assessor once a month and i had everything completed by then
