Helping cvustomers with their day to day banking as much as i can and trying to make thm better off whenever there is an oppurtunity.
I have learnt alot of skills and gain alot of knowledge about banking and also gain loads of confiedence with customers
i realy enjoy what i am doing at the moment
I feel just as valued as everyone else who i work with i feel i have a role to play for the company
i think that the programme is well structed
i recieve alot of support from my training provider she is always avaible to help if needed
i again recieve alot of support from my employer
i feel that my salary is good
yes there are plenty of oppurtunities

because i have only enjoyed myself whilst working for the company and have grown and devloped as a person and within the work place
I would advice them to work as hard as they can to get this because it is an amazing oppurtunity to further and start off a career in banking
