My current role is a call consultant. On day to day basis I deal with Retirement accounts and Savings and investments for the clients, 3rd parties and Financial advisers, helping them to process what they want to do with their products.
I started working for Lloyds 7 months ago. Before that date I didn't know anything about banking sector. All of the skills apart from customer service skills are developed here.
I enjoy it very much. It helps me to understand client needs.
I feel valued by my employer.
It's well organised. I have meetings with my tutor on regular basis
All the support I need. It's brilliant.
I am getting enough support to be able to carry on the training regardless of the busy schedule.
Right now I am getting by, since it is my early months in this sector. Looking for improvement as my experience grows with time.
