I am a call consultant for scottish widows (part of lloyds banking group) I deal with pension servicing with policyholders, Independent Financial Advisors and other customers within the financial industry
I have learned the background and importance of customer service.
I enjoy the promgramme and look forward to monthly meetings.
i feel valued as there are always many opportunities offered.
I like the structure of the programme, it is clear and consice.
I am offered support whenever i need it, it is an email/phonecall away.
My employer gives me opportunities during work to take time off to study ect.
I am currently a band 'A' which is the lowest withing the group. I am trying to push forward to a band 'B' so I can live more comfertably
Plenty of opportunities to do charity work/ exercise/ join groups ect

Lloyds take care of their staff and always push people forward for opportunities outside work
Id tell them to revise the banks expectations to custoemr service
