I Am a pensions administrator. This involves me taking calls from financial advisors and giving them information on the policy or schemes they phone about.
I have learnt call handling skills and how to deal with compliants.
At some points it hasn't been very enjoyable but at some points it has been really good.
Sometimes i don't feel very valued and feel sort of pushed towards teams who don't really want us.
At the start the program was not conducted well, the team i was first in had no clue what to do with me but now after finding my feet i fell better as i push myself towards things that are happening.
I receive alot of support from my trainers, they are always pushing me to do the best i can and also put myself forward for development opportunities.
I have been in two teams since i started and one of my managers wasn't very helpful whereas the other one was more hands on with me and tried to help me develop and understand what my apprenticeship was about.
The salary is very good for my age and i am able to substain the lifetsyle i am used to.

The people you meet and work with are very friendly and are good to get close to, the work to do isn't boring either it sometimes is fun to do.
Go into a section you would like to progress in, also try and push yourself to take on more and more.
