Customer advisor- Serving customers on the counter and out in the banking hall with all queries.
Yes many, I have learnt so much from my new role I am enjoying it so much and cannot wait to carry on learning and expanding my knowledge within the financial industry
All extents, my assessor has been fantastic and has helped me a lot. It had also taught me so much about my job and the sector I work for that I wouldnt of learnt from just carrying out my day to day role

To start with there were a few hick ups as they forgot to assign me an assessor but as soon as things were sorted they have been brilliant and my assessor has stayed in contact with me throughout and provided me with the organisation and structure I needed
I have recieved so much support from my assessor, he remains in constant contact with me keeping me up to date with my progress and providing me with any feedback. He has been on hand to help me with any questions I have need answering or any support that I have required.
Lots, they allow me to carry out all of my apprenticship work when I need to and also help me with anything work related that I get stuck on
