I work in Credit Card Services. I take up to around 100 calls a day dealing with customers credit card queries. I work in a large call centre and interact with people all day every day wether its my colleagues or our customers. A day in the life of me is really coming into work at 8 in the morning taking calls all day and helping customers with any problems they may have.
I have gained a great qualification in financial services. This has really challenged me and brought me out of my comfort zone. I have had to do things that i wouldnt have done in my role before. I have thought about things alot more.
I really enjoyed my programme. It really helped me within my day-to-day role. It brought me closer with my team aswell as we would speak about it and share our feedback with one another. I feel satisfied that i have completed it and i have a good qualification under my belt.
I feel really valued by lloyds banking group and learn direct. I have a a great manager who is extremely supportive and praises me for my good work. I am involved in a few things within my workplace and am really valued in these roles
Everything is very well structured. I had scheduled time thay was always adhered to. I was treated really well and was given adequate support throughout.
I recieved a lot of support. I was able to contact them via email and when they visitied. Any problem or query i had was always dealt with quickly and efficiently. My tutor would always discuss this with me thoroughly and with a great attitude. very helpful and i really enjoyed
I recieved good support from my organization. At first i wasnt given much support as in time off the phone or for my apprentice. When our tutor made us aware we were entitled to time of the phone we started to get it and this really helped.
It really helps and is sufficient enough for my living style.
There are a lot of opportunies. there are social activities, job progression, workshops and alot more.
