My role is a Technical Specialist Programmer. When there is an error with an application or server I will assist my team in amending the issue by altering the code behind the server or program.
I have learned a wide range of skills from communication skills such as how to hold meetings to technical skills such as the VB.net and c# languages.
I very much enjoy this program, the people are very friendly and welcoming as well as they course being very interesting and beneficial.
The welcoming and accepting personalities of those I work for and around have made be feel very valued and accepted by ATOS and my work team.
Every process that is carried out has a set procedure to follow that once learned makes any operation run smoothly, though they can have big learning curves when first adjusting to them.
My training provided has placed me on a range of courses that are useful to help me improve my range of abilities and capabilities.
My employer has helped me greatly improve by assisting where needed and also adopting an open and welcoming approach to my learning.
My salary meets my costs well and allows me enough to also have luxury's which would otherwise be unobtainable to me.
Many people in the office hold events and unofficial groups that any are welcome to join in with, such as two people who regularly play Squash and often invite others along.
