Learning how to fit smart meters, training in an academy and getting work experience in the field.
I have learnt many practical skills, and developed people skills.
I really enjoy the involvement with my group, and also the field experience.
I feel my role will become more important, but at the moment I am not as important.
Its well organised, however we received some equipment late.
I receive good support if needed.
As of yet support hasn't been needed, however I know there are many people to contact.
At the moment the salary isn't great and I do struggle at the moment, however it will increase over time.
