  • It is fun, learning new skills all the time and getting more experiences

  • Values, they are a good company to work for and look after you well

  • It is well organised. The system issues we experienced could be sorted sooner but that's no ones fault

  • We received support from the academy all the time

  • The salary is hard as it is a little low but will improve over time to match needs

  • No not really as it's regulated so you can't do any outside work
