Dealing with customers needs on a day to day basis, helping customers with issues they might be having is very rewarding, which is displayed at every opertunity by excellent collegues and managers throughout the business. The oppertunity to deal with sales and enquries daily also provides experience in a number of sectors.
Personal development is emphasised throughout, the process is brilliant as it allows me to strive for better every day. It has also allowed for personal skillsets to grow through day to day interaction with such a variety of situations.
The team is amazing everyone throughout the business not only on the programme are always extremely willing to help at every oppertunity. The support provided from the manager and team members is excellent and allows you to feel comfortable in the role which I feel allows me to work most optimally.
The company as a whole makes me feel extremely valued. The company displays that it is proud to have an apprenticeship programme and it shows as each member in the group and throughout the business are happy and motivated to work for the company.
The programme is very well structured with an excellent system in place online. The instructions in place enable us to know how to hit certain criteria and acheive the best possible results. The support is also brilliant with an excellent manager in place and again a workplace full of individuals with great knowledge.
The support system is excellent. Training is readily available and not only one person is ready to help as stated the whole organisation are always more than willing to go the extra mile to help collegues acheive their targets aswel as their own. No one feels like they cannot approach our trainer for help when needed and it works very well.
The manager is amazing. Help is always readily available and Jemma always encourages us to strive to meet new targets and better ourselves as insividuals and as a team. Everyone feels extremely comfortable around the manager and teh guidenece and support is constant. I feel this really enables us to work to the best of our ability and strive for better on a day to day basis allowing us to grow both in the business and personally which is a huge acheivement. This keeps every member of the team motivated and engaged in the workplace and allows us to enjoy our work meaning we provide a better service to our customers.
The salary is brilliant, the location is central and the on site parking is a great addition and convenience.
the company is always promoting schemes and oppertunities outside of the work place. Charity work and voluntary work is a renound aspect within British gas and its importance is often emphasised. Outside the company the social aspect is also brilliant. The combination of the company and the apprenticeship scheme has allowed an amazing bond between the team including managers and supervisors.
Yes
The business cares about the progression of its staff both in our roles and personally. The support in place is outstanding and always available as every member is approachable and happy to help. The salary is also competetive and the apprenticeship scheme itself is brilliant to be a part of.
Apply yourself to the job role. Be yourself and priovide examples of you doing so to benefit yourself and others. Providing situations in which you have helped or put others first is brilliant.
