  • Service and repair engineer so will be going to customers houses daily fixing system and heating problems

  • Yes loads, not only on the job knowledge and skills but how to deal with customers and the correct way to talk to a customers

  • The programme was good maybe just the academy was a bit of a mess

  • Received full support after we got stuck behind due to a teacher falling sick half way through
