Service and repair engineer so will be going to customers houses daily fixing system and heating problems
Yes loads, not only on the job knowledge and skills but how to deal with customers and the correct way to talk to a customers

Pretty well valued always looking after us
The programme was good maybe just the academy was a bit of a mess
Received full support after we got stuck behind due to a teacher falling sick half way through
Enough to get by as when asked for something they would always try to help you
They covered any expenses and didn't have to pay out our own pocket
