Smart energy expert. I fit smart meters in customers houses, also standard meters and meter faults.
I have an understanding of electrics and gas which I previously didn't have

Training in the academy could have been structured better as we were sat around doing nothing a lot of the time but training in the field has been good and have learnt a lot.
Receive a lot of support whenever I need it. Also have regular check ups to see how I'm getting on
