i really talking to the customer an helping them with their question, also working with the rest of the team is excellent
i am having the opportunity to do my fuctional skill in english and maths whici i think is a bounus, i have and i am learning many different skill at work, undersanding the customer lisening and attending to their requirements and also learning new skills with the computer as well
i love working in the britsh gas evironment everyone is really freindly and always very helpful
their is alot of support from manager and all other collegues ,
the structor is quite simple its just trying to find the balance of taking calls and doing the portfiolo in our own time time
support is provided as lond as we ask for it, their are many people i am avle to ask,and always ready to help
again i would say suppot help is avalable we just need to ask for it .
the salary is very nice and helps with the living cost
no there are not many opportunities outside of work to have this is a blessing

i think british gas is a freindly help ful company looking out for t ecustomer interest and providing a very homly environment at work place
be honest and always willing to learn further
