Customer Adviser Put customer at the heart of everything i do,we are down to earth and being ensuthiastic.Try my best to reach customer needs and exceed their expectations.Help customer to sort out problems and introduce multi ways of bank with us and keep it simple. We also give support to our local library.
By keeping my internaltrainings undate and continuing doing my appprenticeships.Search coaching from line manager and collegues, step by step following the instruction in Fauntain.Developing my communicating skills.
I am enjoying my work very much, I have great collegues and they are so friendly and caring. We are supporting and helping each other to bring the best customer service to our customers.This has been always what i wanted and I am so lucky to join in such an amaizing group.
I feel very valued by LBG,it offers flex, support and so on for employees.I also quite often recieve good feedbacks from both collegues and customers to show that they are appreciated.
Very organised, I am willing to finish the workbooks that my tutor gives to me each timer we meet up. I am having a good progress by following my tutor's instruction and she has been very supportive and encourging.

I always have lots support from my line manager and collegues. they have been so helpful and suppotive.I also have all different department to support us(speak up,fraud reporting line...). We also have collegue support line to help us.

The application process are very professinal,steps by steps then you will feel very honered to be given an interview. Interviewer are frinedly and professionally.You will have lots valuable experiences and oppotunities to learn and improve your knowledge.
