Same as graduates, I am an auditor and I spend time at clients with a team auditing financial statements.
High pressure environment - forcing me to pick up the skills an auditor needs.
The people who i work with are lovely but there is a lot of pressure to pass exams otherwise you loose your job.
My managers appreciate me and will always say "thank you" when I work hard but very rarely subject to any internal/external recognition processes.
In many ways we have been lumped with the regular graduates and expected to cope with work on their level, whereas at other points we will have seperate programming. There is often resoursing miscommunications.
My manager is very helpful but solutions to problems often are very processed with little personal attention. E.g with Kaplan or resourcing.
Manager is very helpful.
As I am living at home, my salary is sufficient.
Many social events.

Good place to start your career as a springboard into industry.
I would advise that they revise the PwC competencies for interview success.
