  • I did not enjoy the academy weeks but the field work is more enjoyable

  • I feel my manager and team value us a lot but there could be more from higher up.

  • The training could be a lot better especially in the academy training side.

  • Now we are on patch the training support is good but we have not heard from the academy since we left

  • My employer gives me support when needed from my manager and coaches.

  • At first it was OK but as I have been on patch a while and hitting the targets I believe I should be on the same money as full paying team members
