Working as a smart energy engimeet fitting electric and gas meters
Yes I did not know anything about this job before I started
I did not enjoy the academy weeks but the field work is more enjoyable
I feel my manager and team value us a lot but there could be more from higher up.
The training could be a lot better especially in the academy training side.
Now we are on patch the training support is good but we have not heard from the academy since we left
My employer gives me support when needed from my manager and coaches.
At first it was OK but as I have been on patch a while and hitting the targets I believe I should be on the same money as full paying team members
Sorry not sure what this question means so cannot answer it.
Yes
Because I really enjoy the job and rate British gas as a company.
Be yourself and make sure you work hard and enjoy the trainine.
