  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Our training provider is British gas, our instructors have been through the same processes as ourselves but a little before us, so understand the pressures we are under. If a person struggles then things are put in place to bring them up to speed without singling the individuals out. With administration they bend over backward to put things in place so we have a flawless experience in the learning environment.
