I answer many calls to customers who have lost or had their cards stolen, this includes business customers, i also take calls for customer wishes to transfer on their accounts
I have learnt all about employment regulations rights which was very interesting, I have a better understanding of the rights for custoemrs and protection with paying with credit cards
I am really enjoying the programme have learnt so much along my journey and it is very interesting finding out my learning sytle
I feel very valued and this opportunity has given me an insight into the nitty gritty which I found very interesting
this is very structured I have the next steps explained at my monthly meeting and this is sent over in plenty of time giving me the month to complete the task in hand
Maxine is fantastic if there is anything I am not sure off her door is always open either calling or emails
Up to know I have been given the time off but this is due to change, I had to take the exam in my own time as due to shrinkage not able to get the time back
there is no cost to for me to do the apprenticeship
not sure what you mean by the question, there are quiz evening and things if this is what is meant
Yes
its a great place to work and the benifits are outstanding
enjoy what you do take each day one at a time, you will make many friends and have fantastic relationships with many people
