1 side is fast paced classroom learning reinforced by practical experience. The other side is paired with a service and repair engineer on the district seeing and learning how the classroom work is applied.
I've learnt new techniques and behaviours that will help me in my role
Not all of the content can be interesting but most of the content in engaging.
I feel I will have all the tools and knowledge I will need when I go out to work on my own.
The programme is organised well with enough wriggle room to concentrate more on content that was more difficult.

Study before applying, it's not what you have done before that matters exactly it's more about what you can bring to British gas that they are interested.
