  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is customer advisor apprineceship , which we have a year role which we werein training for 2 months and getting mentored by the other young team who started last year. With this we were listneing into there calls for 2 hours a day , when it came to our second week we took our first call by ourselves whcih was nerve wracking. Now we are full time working 9-6 tuiesday to friday and 9:30-2:30 on a saturday with this we still have to do our maths and english exam which we have all completed no.

  • i have learnt working with other people in an working enviorment and also how to talk to customer sin the write way and putting cusomers irst before yourself

  • i enjoy my programmea lot as its all different things now with us bring smart trained , i like learning about new things so any updates or us getting trained for any other type of meetr we have.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by British Gas?
  • I feel valued as our manager works qwith us all and takes time out everyweek to sit with us for an hour and take about how were getting on and anything we ca work on , or ay work we do and have any questions she will always help us to improve on these sills.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised when it came to trianing and on calls but with the maths and english it wasnt really organised as we didnt know when it was or what we were to do.

  • we receive a lot of support from our manager when we get stuck but with the matsh and english we didnt get much support as the tutor only came 2 times

  • we receive alot of support from out employer as we work together as a team

  • salary matches my costs as im getting older and have more things to pay for and heps me to save up for things

  • yeah we can go out with the engnieers and see what they do day to day

  • Yes

  • i would as its a good ppace to work for as theylook after there staff anf hacve the best interst to help there staff to imporve

  • must have skills with working with the public and also have time to talk to the customers
