I work for British gas as a customer service apprentice where I takre inbound calls and also mkae outbound calls dealing with people's enquierys.
I have learned how to speak to lots of different people and how t work on with the British Gas systyems.
I enjoy taking calls and meeting new people on and off the phones and with in the business.
I feel valued as a worked ut also as a person, they treat there emplyers with respect and give continuous feedback .
It's vey structured from the start to the finish, we know wat we hve to complete and what is expected fro ourselves being a part of the Customer service apprenticeship.
We had lot fo support from our learing associates, they gave us lots of information but also allowed us to interact with the learning experience.
I recieve a lot of support from my employer with in regards to the apprenticeship, she allows us to come off the phones to complete wht is needed forthe apprenticeship ,
It meets my cost and standard of living as it is well paid. It allows me to have fun at work but also outside of work .
There are many oppertunites outside of work which allows me to expand my horisons and gain more knowlodge from British gas but also to spread te word about british gas.
