My role involves front line customer support, dealing with a range of different types of enquiries and a varity of different call types. It makes it great as every day is different
I ahve worked on my personal skills with dealing with customers and also handling conflict with customers. I have also learnt so much with how the business operates.
The programme is great, it is well laid out and structured however i fell there could be more direction on what we are meant to be doing. The structure and design are there but the implementation needs a little work to make it smoother
I feel very valued and appreicated as a BG employee
