I'm a Smart Energy Expert, fitting Smart meters for customers and offering them energy efficiency advice.
Yes I had no electrical or gas experience before I started my apprenticeship.

Support is there while you are at the academy however once you are finished, support is from coaches and colleagues.i thi
I think we receive a lot of support from British Gas, in training and up skulking.
