Exchanging customers meters for smart meters. Installing new meters in new properties and dealing with issues and faults with current meters.
Developed more customer skills and gain new skills in gas safety and electrical safety.
Very interesting and enjoyable. Getting to meet new people and interacting with other ways of learning.
Very valued. My questions have always been answered and always encouraged to build my skill
It's we'll organised, but with the type of role a bit longer hands on experience would be good

My personal salary package is fine for me. But if I was on different T and Cs I may of struggled
