  • Exchanging customers meters for smart meters. Installing new meters in new properties and dealing with issues and faults with current meters.

  • Very interesting and enjoyable. Getting to meet new people and interacting with other ways of learning.

  • Very valued. My questions have always been answered and always encouraged to build my skill

  • It's we'll organised, but with the type of role a bit longer hands on experience would be good

  • A lot of support. And always willing to help provide you with any information you need

  • I receive as much support as I need. My peers are always available to assist

  • My personal salary package is fine for me. But if I was on different T and Cs I may of struggled

  • There are many other routes the skills I have learned could take me down

  • Great company and makes you feel like you matter. Even though you are in a team of 1000s

  • Be yourself. And don't worry if you dont think you have the knowledge. BG will train you
