Very valued.
Its well organised just some smaller individual parts of the apprenticeship need better organisation.
Lots of opportunities for improvement. Training material is always available and accessible by you.
Lots of support from the wider organization including work and wellbeing benefits to access.
During training its low for a few months although is understandable as you are in training. However you are supported with hotly and meal costs if you live too far away.
Lot of pay benefits that can get you access to gyms and other things to do in your spare time.
