I feel as an apprentice I am very highly valued by mbda. Apprentices are respected and are looked at as the future of the company.
The apprenticeship scheme at mbda is very well structured and organised, making sure each apprentice has a copy of their placement timetable detailing where they are required to be. Meetings and one to ones are organised regularly and aren't ever missed.
I receive as much support as possible from my training provider, all of my tutors and my ldo.
I receive as much support as possible within mbda, from all my line managers, team leaders and my apprenticeship supervisor.
My salary package exceeds my costs and I am very well paid.
There are many opportunities to undergo things outside of work. Ranging from sports and social clubs and charity clubs, to different courses I can undertake.
