Within my apprenticeship, we travel round different placements within the company getting some experiences of what each department does.
I have improved my presentation skills during meetings and when I have gone to present and promote apprenticeships at schools.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as you get to do a variety of things as well as work closely and make friends with other apprentices.
I feel valued by MBDA and feel that they treat me the same as any other employee within the company.
I think the programme is structured well. However, there is times that we are left hanging about in placements for the first few weeks as people didn't expect us.
Lots of support. I have asked two big questions to my training advisor which could have been an easy no but she has managed to work things out to give me what I want.
Access to a lot of courses and guidance which is good.
Very very well, especially considering the apprentice minimum wage is £3.30 an hour.
Lots of opportunities!
