I am a reservation team manager responsible for 24 staff. They are call center agents that take corporate and retail bookings for all of our brands.
Yeah it was nice to get back to structured learning and how to analyze and compare my management style to tried and tested theories.
It was challenging in many ways that was the most enjoyable part. I was able to fit it around my own schedule and use much of my existing work as eveidence.

I had as much support as I needed Waverley training were great even though me being one of the first homeworkers gave them a few challenges
Anything I needed in regards to time and meetings was well catered for.
