I enjoy it as the work is often challenging and satisfying on a daily basis
I feel somewhat valued, although I expect this to increase upon completion of the training period
The structure is very organised and helps with progression and the learning of new skills
We don't have much to do with the provider, being Leeds academy, until we return there in week 54.
Very reasonable support, with both coaches and colleagues willing to help with difficult jobs
Salary has been a struggle if I'm honest, although I am looking forward to progressing to full pay.
There are very few opportunities outside of work at present, although this may change in the future.
Yes
Good training scheme, good benefits, supportive management team. Good work life balance.
Think about any hands on skills and experience you have, and whether you could apply them in the role.
