  • I enjoy it as the work is often challenging and satisfying on a daily basis

  • I feel somewhat valued, although I expect this to increase upon completion of the training period

  • The structure is very organised and helps with progression and the learning of new skills

  • We don't have much to do with the provider, being Leeds academy, until we return there in week 54.

  • Very reasonable support, with both coaches and colleagues willing to help with difficult jobs

  • Salary has been a struggle if I'm honest, although I am looking forward to progressing to full pay.

  • There are very few opportunities outside of work at present, although this may change in the future.

  • Good training scheme, good benefits, supportive management team. Good work life balance.
