Ensuring the correct documentation is uploaded to the correct files.
I have learnt to close down files quickly and efficiently.
I really enjoy learning and developing new skills with my team.
I enjoy the fact that I am involved with tasks that the whole team does.
The support was good, however I had a few meetings and exams that were not planned and put into my calendar.
My training provider has been fantastic. My head injury stopped me doing a lot of things but she was there to help when I needed it.
I had so much support and they always made sure that I took my hour a week NVQ time.
My salary meets all my costs.
We do charity work for the local community which gives us chance to leave the office and help others when they need it.

I have had previous experience with bullying in the workplace and it was not dealt with very well. It has nearly been a year now and nothing has been said as to what they have done about it. I would not want to put my friend's through that.
