We move around the company for 4 years, doing 6 to 9 month placements. Placements include commercial, sales, project management, procurement etc...
Yes. Many new skills and a huge amount of new knowledge. Mostly IT skills using various programmes, and personal development skills.
Very much enjoy, very happy to have chosen a sponsored degree over full time university.
