Telephone Banking Operator. Answering calls from customers and servicing accounts Answering calls from branch and specilist collegues requesting advice.
Yes. I have improved my time managment and understood the importance of certin aspects of my role. Understand more about the sepcifics of my contract of employment.
The apprentiship was good in that I could focus on my job as well as the apprentiship at the same time with out the feeling too burdened.
Valued in that LBG is focused on development of its collegues. Happy that oppertunits for development are sold as part of the role.
Some what organised. Due to the large amout of collegues on the programme. It took a while from my preposed start date to the actual start date just due to inrolment paperwork and trainner asessors staff levels
As much support as i needed. I could call or email my asessor at any point and she was often on site between vists with other leares where i could approach her
LBG left most elements to learn direct to take care of and time off the phones to work on apprentishp was not given unless a vist was orginised
I am currently still living at home and this is my first job so my salary meets my costs.
Not many for my specifc apprentiship. As it is very taylored to the job i do. Unless i want to do the same job with a diffrent provider
Yes
