  • The same as any associate in the firm- we are part of the audit team and we perform the same level of work as associates in the firm

  • Problem solving, excel skills, client communications, audit work, report writing

  • The programme is really good at helping you for working life and get a head start to your chartered accountancy

  • As valued as any other employee in the firm- don't feel separated from full time employees

  • Well organised - same structure year on year. We go down for busy season where demand is highest for staff.

  • A good amount of support. Training sessions before each placement last 1-2 weeks as well as training on placement

  • As above- we receive ongoing training and development with the work we do

  • Relatively well for a student. As normal internship pay

  • Lots of networking opportunities and events we are able to go to

  • Really good firm who will support all employees. Decent pay and job for any graduate
