The same as any associate in the firm- we are part of the audit team and we perform the same level of work as associates in the firm
Problem solving, excel skills, client communications, audit work, report writing
The programme is really good at helping you for working life and get a head start to your chartered accountancy
As valued as any other employee in the firm- don't feel separated from full time employees
Well organised - same structure year on year. We go down for busy season where demand is highest for staff.
A good amount of support. Training sessions before each placement last 1-2 weeks as well as training on placement
As above- we receive ongoing training and development with the work we do
Relatively well for a student. As normal internship pay
Lots of networking opportunities and events we are able to go to
