Shadowing workers who have also joined on an apprenticeship scheme and following what they do daily. Also taking part in workshops, talks and business activities.
I learned more about interview skills specifically on the first days whereupon i got to explore ways and means od introducing yourself practically and effectively.
I did enjoy the first and last days because they were interactive and interesting however i found the shadowing a little bit boring because my first buddy didn't give me much information.
I did feel valued by PwC especially as the people who were running the insight week were really helpful, supportive and as wered any queries that i had quiclky and informatively.
The first and final days were very structured with planned activities whereas the shadowing was much more unstructured. The order of the week was clearly and concisely displayed to us.
I have recieved ragular updates ans phone calls regarding the oppertunitues that are open to me which was very helpful when making a decision.

The expenses were paid back quiclky and easily which was very convinient. Also the hourly rate was very good considering our age and it was helpful as it was over the summer holidays.
It was made clear to is from the presentations that working at PwC has many ippertunitiws for staff to participate in actuvites outside the work place which is really interesting to know about.
Yes
The work experience highlihted to me the careers opportunities that are out there with the company and also i learned many new skills that are useful to people if my age.
I would tell them to go for it because it is worthwhile even just going through the interview process. Also the work experience is so valuable so i would tell them to revise for the interviews as much as possible by learning about businesses and keeping up with the news.
