I am a smart energy expert. My role involves replacing both gas and electric meters for customers and providing energy advice
Yes i am now Gas Safe (met1 and pipework) and have the relevant mocopa and dno qualifications to exchange both gas and electric meters and also
Very much so. Really comprehensive training with slot of hands on practical elements
I do feel valued but i am concerned about what will happen to the team of smart energy experts after the smart meter rollout nears to an end
Very organised but sometimes we found ourselves waiting around a lot but then rushed at other times
Alot of support is there from trainers. Mentors managers and coaches
Alot of support is there and they make allowances for doctors visits etc
Training salary is low but when signed off the salary, retention bonus and performance bonus is good
Yes there are many social events and team bonding days e.g 5 a side football. Not sure if this is what the question was meaning

Great brand and does feel like there is a lot of support if needed unlike some other sub contractor roles doing a similar thing
