  • 8 out of 10. It is hard to feel part of the team whilst doing six month rotations.

  • This could be reviewed from a leadership point of view.

  • Very little support from the Barclays leadership team however Anglia ruskin University have been amazing. 10 out of 10

  • There are loads of opportunities to develop and grow.

  • Leave nothing on the table. You miss 100% of the shots you did not take.
