Advocacy co-ordinator. I analyse complaints data in order to liase with keystakholders with a view to reducing complaints within Barclys
Learning and personallity styles have helped me adapt managment and coaching to individuals
I have loved it
8 out of 10. It is hard to feel part of the team whilst doing six month rotations.
This could be reviewed from a leadership point of view.
