ITIL - foundation and service transition I have leant a vast amount about tivoli and service management tools and processes and license management. Having an apprenticeship has helped me feel more professional and adjust to a real working environment.
My team are great and tha apprenticeship programme/ work is well structured and defines - I feel the companies culture can however be a little old fashioned in comparison to some competitors
There is some internal recognition however is can often feel as if you are only a number.
Induction is good however some o the paper work can be a little chaotic. Day to day apprentices are free to get on with project work.
Traning is normally available with any reasonable request.
There are loads of tools and people willing to help but its up to you to go and find it
I have been OK as I have been able to live at home while on the apprenticeship. I know it can become very difficult if you are required to move out on this wage.
Everything is offered and is there for those who want it. People are always ready to get involved.
