I am now a Performance Coach within our Premier Dept, I love it! On a day to day I support, coach and develop our Relationship Managers helping them achieve and grow their portfolio and client base. I work with 12 RM's and take responsibility for their capability and coach working along side our market leaders (team leaders)
Coaching and Performance Excellence Interviewing Gallup Self Insight i am pretty new to this role however i am learning more and more each day
I love working with people, I love the support i am given from the whole of Barclay!
100% - I am recognized regularly. Given and offered different courses and projects too.
Perfect!
I receive constant support, it makes me feel so happy!
Daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reviews with my Capability Coaches, Market Leaders, Director and University mentor.
Salary is good, as i was an internal member of staff i did take a hit with how much i could have earned however the costs of this programme exceeds and expectation of somebody in this position at my age.
I go to study blocks away, travel on a regular to meetings and have the ability to work all over the UK.

This has been a life changing experience for me. I already offer Barclays to my friends and have made over 15 successful referrals since i have been here.
Before joining Barclays as an apprentice I was in a really difficult place as university just seemed to be the only available next step for me as a sixth for student but I just knew I wasn’t ready at that time. So many things were running through my mind and I would ask myself questions to what I really wanted but I am so happy I chose Barclays, throughout the whole experience the people around me were so supportive in helping achieving my dreams, I finally got there.
