  • Banking consultant, I am the first point of contact for trying to make or save customers money, I see customers in interviews to assist with their stated and unstated needs.

  • I have developed my communication skills and have developed better relationships with people now. I have learnt a variety of new skills which aid me in my role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a bit but find it tedious when meeting with my assessor and going over the same things time and again.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Not very, I feel like a small fish in big pond at times and my salary doesn't reflect the level of work I do.

  • It's quite organised but I feel like it's constant repetition and it's difficult to contact the assesors

  • Not that much, difficult to contact them and have changed assessor which I haven't enjoyed as we've had to go over the same things again

  • Lots, my employer is supportive through all the process and gives me all the required time I need

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Not very well, I feel the salary is very low compared to similar roles elsewhere and I level of work doesn't reflect it

  • Yeah there are some but not too much, I feel this reflects the current economic climate

  • Yes

  • Fantastic company with great benefits despite the low salary but opportunities are there for progression

  • Be yourself and make sure you find the right role for you, the company care about the employees as people so make sure your personaility gets across
