Banking consultant, I am the first point of contact for trying to make or save customers money, I see customers in interviews to assist with their stated and unstated needs.
I have developed my communication skills and have developed better relationships with people now. I have learnt a variety of new skills which aid me in my role.
I enjoy the programme a bit but find it tedious when meeting with my assessor and going over the same things time and again.
Not very, I feel like a small fish in big pond at times and my salary doesn't reflect the level of work I do.
It's quite organised but I feel like it's constant repetition and it's difficult to contact the assesors
Not that much, difficult to contact them and have changed assessor which I haven't enjoyed as we've had to go over the same things again
Lots, my employer is supportive through all the process and gives me all the required time I need
Not very well, I feel the salary is very low compared to similar roles elsewhere and I level of work doesn't reflect it
Yeah there are some but not too much, I feel this reflects the current economic climate
Yes
Fantastic company with great benefits despite the low salary but opportunities are there for progression
Be yourself and make sure you find the right role for you, the company care about the employees as people so make sure your personaility gets across
