Assistant branch manager role
A lot to learn. Mapped out against barclays higher apprenticeship standards.
Best career move I could have ever made
Very much.
Very well structured. I'd say more study blocks in year 2 and 3 could prove beneficial though
Anglia Ruskin and Lord Ashcroft international business school are incredible
Good amount of allocated study time and access to some excellent business mentors
Can't fault it
Limited CMI events in the north east of England. It would be good to have more opportunity here
Yes
Very good standard of programme
Be yourself. If you are honest with yourself about your own values and they align to that of barclays you will enjoy your role. If it's not right for you then our life skills programme can help you be ready for a role that fits you personally.
