I have to register and handle claims on a daily basis, I have to ensure that I give good customer service to all our customers and ensure that I keeping up to date with all my tasks and ensure that I am up to date with my apprenticeship work.
I have learnt lots about customer service in depth, I have learnt about how important customer retention is and why we should always aim to deliver good customer service to all our customers.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as I learn new skills and learn about new information which helps me in my role on a day to day basis.
I feel very valued by LBG, they have supported me on a daily basis with the apprenticeship, if I need any time at all then they will help to provide this for me.
At first there were a few issues in relation to staffing from LearnDirect but once this was sorted we are having regular meetings and observations and the support is always there.
I receive a lot of support, if I need any help they are available either on the phone or via email and he always replies and helps me with whatever issues or concerns I may have.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, any time that I need to come off the phones to do the apprenticeship then they help me and support me. Any help with the work they also provide support.
My salary is very benefical as any books that i need to purchase then I can do so with the salary that I'm on and still have a lot left over.
Yes you can have development opportunities to see different departments to gain more knowledge or if you want to develop in areas for career progression then you can.

Because they are a very good company to work for, many benefits come from working here and you get a lot of support and you make friends and its just a nice company to work for.
If you are successful in getting a job here then make sure that you take all the opportunities that you can get it will help you get far and gain new skills and get to know people who can help you develop.
