I am currently an Eco Systems Manager working within The Barclays Eagle Labs team in Salford. I work on a daily basis with start up businesses to assist them with their growth by providing access to rapid prototyping facilities and Barclays expertise
Yes, I have managed to control my emotions better in particular situations. I have improved my leadership skills enabling me to manage people and tasks far better
Very much so, its extremely challenging but that is a good thing, it has brought me outside my comfort zone and taught me new skills
This varies, sometimes extremely valued and others not so.
Very. The tutors at Angli Ruskin and exceptional. From a Barclays viewpoint, year 1 was extremely confusing with cross messages throughout however the back end of year 2 and all of 3 have seen a drastic improvement
This is provided on a regular basis always within a timely fashion
More so now however this wasnt the case at the start
