engineering apprentice
I have learnt new skills with my training provider including an appreciation on machining and various other manual tasks. I have also learned new software skills as an engineering apprentice
I enjoy working here because you do something different every week
I don't get much recognition but that doesn't bother me as I don't feel I need to be recognised to feel I am doing my job right
the programme is well structured and runs well
we see our training provider every 3 months
there is always someone to help if you ever need any
my salary is more than enough for my age
