  • I have learnt new skills with my training provider including an appreciation on machining and various other manual tasks. I have also learned new software skills as an engineering apprentice

  • I enjoy working here because you do something different every week

  • I don't get much recognition but that doesn't bother me as I don't feel I need to be recognised to feel I am doing my job right

  • the programme is well structured and runs well

  • we see our training provider every 3 months

  • I don't know any friends who would be interested and most are at higher education

  • have a keen interest in the company and what they do
