well organised with monthly meeting booked in advance. Good contact with the lady that was looking after me. Very easy to get in contact with her via phone or email.
lots of support always on the end of the phone if i needed her. She ensured she always came into branch to see me. Supported me through a branch mvoement.
Always happy to give me the time to see my trainer for one hour per month when she was due into branch to see me. They worked around me.
