The apprenticeship helped me develope into a more confident person and gave me the skills to realise that what I do on a day to day basis builds on the skills I have and also teaches me new skills.
I enjoyed the programme as I was learning and building to my skill set at the same time as working and gaining valuble expereience.
I feel valued by Lloyds Banking Group as they have helped me gain a proffessional certificate while working.
My programme was structured, it was between myself and my trainer to find suitable time in our diaries and we planned it together with the support of management.
My training provider was amazing and I could not have done it without Hilary, she was supportive and caring. She always made time for me and answered all my queries with confidence.
I recieved alot of support from my line manager who encouraged me all the way through the programme.
I was never out of pocket for any events that came out of the apprenticship programme. LBG refunded me the costs.
Since completion I have gained two promotions internally which I wouldnt have been able to do with out the confidence I got through the course.

Use all the resources avalible and contact others who have completed the programme for support. They will know what you are going through and may provide better support than your line manager.
